General Information

ICCEE is the main annual Computer and Electrical Engineering conference aimed at presenting current research being carried out. Current ICCEE 2010 will be held during Nov.16-18, 2010 in Chengdu, China. ICCEE 2008 and ICCEE 2009 were held in Phuket, Thailand and Dubai, UAE respectively. The idea of the conference is for the scientists, scholars, engineers and students from the Universities all around the world and the industry to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster research relations between the Universities and the industry. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.

ICCEE 2010 is co-sponsored by IACSIT and IEEE, and hosted by University of Electronics Science and Technology of China (UESTC) and Sichuan Institute of Electronics, also supported by Sichuan Computer Federation, Journal of Electronics Science and Technology (JEST), Southwest Jiaotong University, Sichuan Computer Federation.

Submitted conference papers will be reviewed by technical committees of the Conference.

The conference proceeding will be published by IEEE Press, which will be included in the IEEE Xplore, and indexed by INSPEC, Ei Compendex, ISI Proceeding and other indexing services.

ICCEE 2010会议论文集将由IEEE出版，同ICCEE 2008和ICCEE 2009已经被EI和ISTP全部检索一样，本届ICCEE 2010也将被Ei Compendex和ISI 全文同时检索。
